Who We Are

Post Timing (posttiming.co) is operated by an individual creator based in the United Kingdom. We provide a free tool to help content creators find the best times to post on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

What Data We Collect

  • Email addresses — submitted voluntarily via the PDF download form. We only collect these when you choose to download our free guide.
  • Anonymous usage data — via Google Analytics 4. This includes which tool features you use, which timezones you select, and general browsing behavior. No personal identifiers.
  • Session recordings — via Microsoft Clarity. This captures mouse movements, clicks, and page interactions to help us improve the tool. No personal data is recorded.
  • No account data — We do not require account registration. No profiles, passwords, or payment information is collected.

How We Use Your Data

  • Email addresses: Used to deliver the PDF guide you requested and to send occasional updates about posting time changes, new features, or additional platform coverage. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • Analytics data: Used to understand how the tool is being used, identify which features are most valuable, and improve the accuracy of recommendations. All data is anonymised.
  • Session recordings: Used to identify usability issues, understand drop-off points, and improve the overall user experience. Recordings are automatically deleted after 30 days.
